What is No More Punctures ?

No More Punctures is a thixotropic ethylene-glycol based solution designed to seal tread punctures, bead leaks, rim leaks, porosity leaks and air migration in pneumatic tyres. It is installed before the vehicle goes on the road and protects the vehicles tyre safety for the life of the tyre.

Once installed, No More Punctures coats the inside of the tyre forming a viscous membrane between the pressurised air inside the tyre and the tyre itself. An object then penetrating the tyre causes the air to force the product into the hole instantly sealing the leak without any air loss or effect on the tyre.
No More Punctures prevents any other air loss such as leaks at the rim and air migration through the rubber itself.

No More Punctures also helps to dissipate the heat caused by road friction. This allows the tyre to run at much cooler operating temperatures.

How does it work ?

No More Punctures solution holds tens of millions of micro polymer and natural fibres per litre in suspension. Following a puncture event the pressure of the internal air forces thousands of these fibres into the hole forming an instant fibrous plug, preventing the escape of any air. Over the subsequent 24 hours this cures to form a repair that will last for the legal life of the tyre.

Over a short period of time the entire inside of the tyre will become coated with the product. Once this has happened, No More Punctures also seals any leaks caused by alloy corrosion. No More Punctures also contains anti-oxidants that prevent further corrosion of the alloy rim and also prevents rusting of steel rims. This coating of the entire rubber surface area also dramatically reduces air migration through the rubber itself and can reduce natural air loss to almost nothing.
